Boundless Way Zen

Boundless Way Zen is a community of Zen practitioners and meditation groups located mostly in the northeast. I was one of the founders of Boundless Way Zen (BoWZ) along with Melissa Myozen Blacker, Roshi and James Ishmael Ford, Roshi. Though we are from different Zen lineage traditions, we have come together to create a new Zen tradition that honors the wisdom that springs from many sources.

The mission of Boundless Way Zen is to cultivate Zen in the West through:

Establishing and supporting local practice groups
Training dharma teachers and practice leaders
Offering meditation retreats and other intensive training opportunities
